As Salam Alaikum.
I am trying to be better. I have to survive, I cannot end myself with this. I want to be under Allah's mercy always and forever.
Anxiety with worst-case thinking,
OCD (contamination, hoarding, magical thinking, and prayer/spiritual OCD),
emetophobia (fear of vomiting), health anxiety, intrusive thoughts and rumination, reassurance-seeking cycles, rejection sensitivity, social anxiety related to judgment and social media, and emotional overwhelm linked to relationships and family stress.
I pray on time, Alhamdulillah but how do I be better? How to get rid of all these problems? Please give your best solution. Please help me brothers and sisters.
