A customer asked me if Starbucks has a vegan menu. I did not know that we have a vegan menu, so I told the customer that I was not sure if we have a vegan food..... And I just looked up that the spicy falafel pocket is a vegan food. Well.. I feel bad now..........

I just finished the training and am working by myself now. I've got most trained but still I do not know what drinks are in where in POS or what I should do when it gets busy. Sometimes I ask the same questions, stupid questions, and do not remember coffee recipes. I know I cannot be perfect in the beginning, but I feel like I am a burden...

Can you recommend how to remember recipes?
