30 lbs down and the best thing that has been working for me is workout along with a high protein/low carb diet. For reference, I’m 6’1” and have a large bone frame ( reference for my tall kings and queens) My GW is between 205-215. I will still be considered overweight due to the BMI scale (185lb) but I’m going for healthy overall. I would like to reach my goal weight by September 15, I have a cruise and have a goal of going into a Brazilian thong!!!
I’m currently on the 1.7 mg dose.
