New to sardines and it's a revelation.
Just tried canned sardines for the first time for dinner yesterday and had to go to the store this morning to buy 4 more tins and already had them again for lunch. I am a big fan of tuna and smoked salmon, but that's about as far as my canned fish experience went until I just tried sardines and OMG!
I made a salad with microgreens, yellow and red pepper, radishes, onion, tomato, avocado, olives, pickles, kimchi, feta and sardines and it's one of the best things I've ever eaten... I'm already thinking about having the same thing for dinner tonight!
Found this sub and just looking through all the different canned fish that exist is getting me excited on starting this new chapter of my life!
