So as with the project I was working on improving the ETA while which I decided to show the delay information in the route itself, the colors are slightly generous as IR does run behind schedule and due to which everything would have been red

As a rule of thumb green means around the usual delay, so ontime to 15-20 min
orange stands around 30min - 1hr and red is a very significant delay

As a fun project its interesting to work on something else than standard dashboards so your ideas are welcome

So as a fun CS thing I was exploring out on best routing algorithms, going ahead on that I found routes for all the trains and then it just kept rolling, started scraping info about the trains combining them with the route info, then as per the past data developed and ETA system which turned out to be fairly accurate.

This is my pet project and I do plan to expose more data on the frontend related to track congestion and timings in future. Would love hear all your opinions.
