Is there a positive endgame to an AI world?
Is anyone else living in existential dread because of AI? The tech companies are creating servers as large as cities, essentially stealing water and power, leaving entire communities dry with people unable to pay for electricity for their homes. The government, now an oligarchy owned by the same tech companies, allows this without a glance at monopoly laws. Who will be left in fifty years? I'm old, I won't be here, but I fear my grandchildren will live in some kind of dystopian Mad Max world. What is a reasonable stop to this future?
