Need advice on a non-responsive seller…
Apologies for the long post: So over three weeks ago I saved someone a skip for their FL April adult edition of Starside through a FB BST group. I paid through PPGS so I’m protected. They told me the book had been shipped to them but they didn’t have an ETA. Since then I have not heard any updates from them. I messaged them a week ago for an update and got no response, messaged again today and still nothing. They’ve been active on FB this whole time though and still posting about selling other books. It looks like most subscribers have received their April adult box by now, but they have the 3-book combo box which I know shipped later than the solo boxes so I have no clue if they’ve received the book from Fairyloot. I know this sounds like a no brainer to file a claim with PP at this point, but the reason I’m conflicted is because in a lot of their posts they’ve mentioned they’re dealing with a lot of personal/life issues and selling books to cover those expenses. I don’t want to be the AH that files a claim on a seller who needs the money, and who may be unresponsive because they’re just dealing with a lot. But I do feel like a week+ and multiple messages with no response while continuing to post on FB is a bit unreasonable. What should I do?
