I just saw this finch outside on my suet feeder and noticed its eye looked weird. I thought it had only one eye until I rewatched the video I took and realized there was something wrong.
Is this an injury? Or is it sick? I’m new to bird feeding so I can’t really tell what I’m looking at yet;-;. I am wondering if I have to take my feeder or feeders down? I have flat feeders for seeds but this is the only feeder I have that the smaller birds stick their head through. So the feeder is down until I figure out what this is, but I’d like to know if my flat feeders should be taken down too. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
