5 weeks post laparoscopic gallbladder removal. Recovery was smooth and I was mostly pain free. I’m very active normally and tried lightly running inside the house for 30 minutes to test recovery before returning to gym. Since then, I’ve had a sharp/burning pain on the upper side of the main incision, especially when getting up or turning in bed. Tender and firmer when pressing the area. No redness, bulge, fever, or pain with coughing/lifting. Anyone else experience this around week 5? Did it end up being just irritated healing tissue/scar tissue?
