I don't know what to do.

Hello, I (22M, 6 ft, 215 lbs) want to lose weight. I don’t like my body as it is, and I’ve tried a few times to do something about it. I was most successful three months ago when I started going to the gym and focused on maintaining a calorie deficit through my diet. I managed to stick with it for about three weeks, but then, out of nowhere, I lost motivation and stopped, and things went downhill again.

Even though I’m really frustrated by it, I can’t motivate myself to start again, and I don’t even know why. I know it may sound stupid. I’m looking for any advice about losing weight or staying consistent.
