I recently bought huawei watch Fit 5 Pro but found out the feature (ECG) im buying the watch for wont work on my account.

My account was created in different country but I've been in UK for years now and bought my watch here in UK. Feature is allowed in UK but my account is still somehow remembering where it was created even though I have updated region on my huawei ID.

I've millions of step count on my account which is most important for me so creating a new account is not an option for me.

Am I missing something to change my region properly or is there any way to move my profile data specifically step count to new account?
