I got an offer and completed all necessary steps, including background checks. My Zinc background check has been completed since yesterday, but my offer is still displaying "under review."
Is this standard?
After waiting 48 hours, I got an email from Zinc, thus: "Your criminal record check is complete and clear. We'll notify Background Checks Mercor. We will not store the information you provided for the check, but we will store a record that a check has been completed. Please respond to this email if you have any questions.
This individual check has been completed, but your full background check is still in progress. Your recruitment contact will review the results and inform you once you are cleared to work."
