I have this issue with every single modpack I've played on Java, I know it's not normal Java Minecraft but this problem has persisted across every single modpack I've played on, so I know it can't be caused by a mod since most of the packs I've used don't have the same mods. Every time I look up how to fix this the only results I get are the Nvidia control panel fixes that don't actually work for me.
