The company I work for doesn’t offer lock out services and I just so happen to live on site to a building I manage. I recently moved within the building to another unit so that I’d maintain some privacy and to prevent tenants from knocking on my door. Tell me why a tenant I’ve NEVER INTERACTED face to face with (grandfathered in to the bldg by previous mgmt) comes knocking on my door-TWICE- after I don’t answer the first knock that is so hard it rattles my door. Then she demands the key copies, and/or a hammer and threatens to break her own car window. 😭 my hands were shaking!!! It’s after business hours and how do you know where I live (beyond reading my address off any delivered packages) ??
