Fermented for 2 days in the fridge, dough has some tonka beens and nutmeg in it

Does anyone know the z2m setting to control the delay between when the switch goes off and retrigers on detection ?

I.e.: walk away or turn off the light and come back in under 30 seconds and the switch doesn’t trigger
