Is Mammotion Fair?

Dear Mammotion I have been waiting almost 3 weeks for a reply tru email. I have a feeling they are waiting for my warranty to be over to contact me about a repair or replacement. The problem started almost 2 months ago, I have used customer support thru the app and now waiting for an email so that I can have a case number is this on purpose or are they just backed up.
