Concept for a future home I may take to an architect one day if I'm so lucky.

I tried to fix a few things that I got as feedback from my prior post. What do you guys thing of this rough draft?

Tinkering with someone else's plan again

They are looking to renovate.

I made some changes based on feedback.

All their bedrooms will be upstairs.

They have expressed a desire to have a pass through window between formal dining and kitchen to increase natural light in the kitchen.

They also like a large prep kitchen.

I have their permission to share.

Tinkering with someone else's floor plan.

With their permission, I am sharing what I came up with for feedback.

They are turning a duplex into a single family and all bedrooms are upstairs.

I am aware of the hallway problem but not sure how to address it.

The footprint if the house is roughly 22' by 54'

Build idea for later.

This is something I've been tinkering with if I get a chance to custom build. But for two people, 2 cats, 1 dog, 1 child, and once a year guest.

Critiques?

I colour drenched this small wet bar. The cabinets are still white though. Should I paint them in the same colour?

Everything other than the cabinets is now in Sherwin Williams naval. High gloss on trims and flat on walls.

Should I pain the cabinets and if so, which finish?
