Is it a dealbreaker for Cornell/MIT if I don’t have physics 2

I will have taken calc 1-3, linear algebra, chem 1–2, organic chem 1-2, bio 1-2, cell bio and (calc based) physics 1 (and other non stem courses). I’m applying for neuroscience and neurobiology at Cornell. I’m not really worried about MIT because it’s so hard to get into but I wanna know if it’s a deal breaker so I can take physics 2 instead of cell bio. I’m applying to a lot of other schools these are just the ones with prereqs. Thanks🙏

How hard would it be to get an A in calc 2 online while working 40 hours a week at an internship

I got an A in calc 1 in person if that helps
