Hello my exams start in June, but im hella worried bc ive always struggled w sleeping but it always gets bad the night before an exam and i literally wont fall asleep, and im so worried bc I need sleep to acc function and do my exams lmao.

Anyone got any tips (ive litch tried everything like meditation etc) but too scared on trying melatonin or any of that ..
