Anyone know what the influx of JPM folks flocking to BNY is about?

I’ve seen so many colleagues flocking to BNY and giving in their notices over the course of last year. On LinkedIn it’s worse, a lot of senior folks going to BNY and the ones that get to BNY then seems to poaching to take folks they know from JPM to be under them.

I assume the $$$ is better at BNY but curious to find out what’s driving folks to leave.

Is JD losing the grip?
