What’s y’all’s thoughts on the roadshow? Why are FE employees the ones who have to stand there? Why not optical? It seems only certain front end people,mostly new people. Is it a seniority thing? Do you “graduate” from having to do them?

Edit: also why a roadshow every other week? Kind of takes away the fear of loss.
