Native Plant Sale in Pittsburgh

Native Plant Sale in Pittsburgh

My group ( Pittsburgh Area Native Plant Group) is hosting our area's largest ecological event 4th Annual " Back to Roots: Native Plant Fest " that Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens, Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy, 9 local native plant nurseries, and other organizations, businesses and vendors who focus on native plants and ecology attend.

It's free to the public to spark their interest, provide educational information, and support those businesses, organizations and vendors who are restoring ecosystems in our area.

Stop by to get plants for your edible native plant garden, plants to attract rapidly disappearing butterflies, rapidly disappearing pollinators, or plants that feed birds and hummingbirds.

The free event is May 31st at Monroeville Community Park West pavilion #4 and pavilion #2 from 11am-3pm. Rain or Shine. Free parking. Right off the Pennsylvania Turnpike and parkway.
