Hi all - thank you in advance for any advice! Abbott Alinity I-side has been giving me and my coworkers a run for our money the past week. No one can figure out the issue including our FSE. High sensitivity troponin level 2 QC (Bio-rad) is consistently failing and the values are all over the place (failed multiple precision studies) Level 1 looks great, all QC <1 SD, and same with our other I-side assays. We have tried all the basic troubleshooting: calibration, fresh QC, new reagent lot, re-calibration, etc. Our FSE even replaced all the probes. Please let me know if you have any suggestions or ideas why this is happening. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!
