There's just one issue: I haven't formally come out to my parents (who I live with- working on moving out currently!)

I pass as male until I open my mouth to speak, so there's no way they can't tell, but they're kind of just ignoring it and hoping it goes away and I don't know how to tell them. They won't go like, insane on me or anything, but I can't help but feel like I'm causing problems by doing this.
I'm also the only "daughter", so I feel guilty taking that away from my parents.

How can I tell them without going nuclear lol? 😭
