Keep amp switch on and use a power strip to turn it on/off: any problem?

As the title says, I keep the power switch of my head gen 3 on and I use a power strip to turn the amp on/off. It's the same power strip I use for the power supply for my effects, so it's more convenient to me since I just turn everything on at once.

Is there any problem to do this?

My Little Guitar Collection

Just sharing my little guitar collection as I'm really happy and proud of it. I think it's a versatile kit for what I play, but I'd like to have options with real single coils instead of splitting the humbuckers.

From left to right: Ibanez Gio painted in green sparkle by previous owner, upgraded with Malagoli PTR pickups (Brazilian pickups based in one of John Petrucci's signature pickups) and locking tuners; LDT MH-237 with EMGHZ pickups; Fender Blacktop HH Floyd Rose with tortoise pickguard; Custom built "super tele" by Brazilian luthier DeLaet, equipped with seymour duncan P-rails and schaller hardware.

Cheers!
