Hey OTF coaches! Do you still get paid as much when someone no shows to a class? Does this matter if the person calls the studio to cancel (to avoid the late cancelation fee) or if they pay the late cancellation fee?
I have sporadic work hours and sometimes I can't show up to my 5:30am class. I feel bad, and just wondered about this.

Hey everyone! I'm a 48 year old dad of a 6 year old Lil dude. He has expressed interest in electric scooters (and why not, they look super fun!)
Anyway, I have done some research and now looking for advice/direction from internet strangers with experience 🤣
For my kiddo, I am considering either the:
Segway C2 Lite or the C2 pro. The pro seems more future proof, I like the additional range and height adjustable handlebars. The lite is an attractive choice because of the price tag and because it seems to be something safe he can learn on, seeing as his only other experience is a razor kick scooter.
For myself I'm considering either the:
Segway Max G3 or the G2 or even the ZT3 Pro.
The main purpose is to scoot around town to parks etc. Im looking for comfort and reliability overall.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

First rec league game coming up next week. This will be my first foray in hockey in ages. Ive been doing LTS and LTP and stick and puck but this will be the first game in a very long time.
Any tips? We are in the bottom division.

It is just the ASHL 101 program, I think the 4th session we've had...but I was awful.
Couldn't skate well, kept falling. Passes were off, drills were pathetic. Shots off target. The only good thing was my cardio.
During LTS and stick and puck I was making progress. The last few ASHL 101 were way better.
I tried. I did skate faster, my positioning was better. The execution I think was terrible.
I will keep practicing. I won't quit. It was an off day. It happens. Next time will be better.
