Not well versed in this area but will give as much details as possible, I might say things/give information that don't quite make sense so do ask questions or correct me. Also it might not even end up being that much based on what I'm looking for that's just my budget, but also anything that can still be a beast 5+ years down the line is enough. Willing to pay higher if difference is worth or I get enough green lights for suggestions.

• New build or upgrade?
• Existing parts/monitors to reuse? (List with models/links)
  • Entirely New Build
• PC purpose? (Gaming, editing, etc. List apps/games)
  • Gaming, Recording, maybe Streaming
    • Specifically looking for a build that can run Wuthering Waves (Optimization Demon) on max graphics and RT at 120fps 1440p/60fps 4K. If it can run that with those conditions pretty stable then I feel every other game should run fine, unless Minecraft with max render distance and shaders are built different, not sure about Marvel Rivals though.
    • I do like streaming to my friends on discord and sending videos of me playing said games as well as recording on OBS because I like to show my key inputs, so enough to where the videos look clear and not fuzzy (not entirely sure of the exact bit rate value) while not causing any drops in performance. Maybe streaming on platforms (Twitch, YT, etc,.) but not proactively thinking about doing it, though would be nice if I am able to.

  • USA, Nope, 2hr flight and 3 ½ hr drive for the nearest..
• Monitors needed? (Number, size, resolution, refresh rate)
  • Two monitors
    • 27″ for both if I decide to put them side by side, thinking one could rotate vertically (just a thought not a need/preference.)
    • 16:9, 1440p-4K (?), 240+ Hz
• Budget range? (Include tax considerations)
  • I'm in California so the taxes are gonna be crazy but I don't know man, hearing 5-6k is overkill but I am willing to put in that much.

• Any other specific needs? (Just more thoughts/questions from me tbh)
  • OLED monitors sounds nice, are they worth getting?
  • TKL keyboard+quiet keycaps, for the mouse gimme what YOU think is goated.
  • As for video cards 5090 price makes me sweat just looking at it unless I'm convinced or succumb to pressure, just whats best for the conditions I've set.
  • For the 120fps 1440p/60fps 4K deal, I might honestly play and stream/record with the latter most of the time but I still want to be able to run/record 60fps 4K (if it's even possible to just switch between those two like that) just for dopamine/show and tell purposes.
