2009 Honda fit with 180 K for 3,000
Hi everyone, I bought a 2008 Honda Civic last July for 6,300 with only 75K on it. I thought it was a really good deal until I just found out that it had been salvage and the title washed. It has major structural damage to the frame, which was hidden from my mechanic. I most likely have to go to small claims court about this issue but I have no idea when and if I would ever get the money back.
There is a Honda fit 2009 that has 180 K on it but it’s only $3000 and the mechanic/dealer is reputable. And I’ll do my elegance and actually look on car back before buying at this time. But those who have actually owned a Honda fit is it worth the price and will it last me a while?
I’m mostly commuting to and from work but would like to go visit my grandma a couple times this summer and she’s 1000 miles away.
The moral of the story is do I say ef my bad luck with used cars and look to buy new or do I buy used again?
