Man exercising/camping on empty lot between 5th & Smith 9th
Was admiring the sunset when I caught what appears to be a man in a light blue shirt stretching/exercising on the sandy lot below 5th St off Smith in Carroll Gardens. This is where the train passes between Smith9th and Carroll St. The stretching and exercising lasted about 30 minutes.
He seems to have disappeared off into what also appears to be a little campsite he has set up?? Very confused?? Anyone have any insight?!
