I just had my benefits cancelled for not submitting documents in time, but I did.
I got a renewal letter, asking for evidence of December, January, and Aprils paystubs, as well as proof of employment(again) from my same job. I'm on my 3rd renewal. I submitted all documents on the MyTexasBenefits app, they are there in the sent section, on May 8th. The final day to submit was May 11th. Just got a letter saying I'm not qualified for my whole family, because I failed to submit documents, specifically the paystubs, but I legit did??? Now I have to go through the appeal process, and may not get food for June? Really? How does this happen, did they even look?
