Posting the results of my experiment I came here for advice a few days ago. Still pretty hazy but considering the big semi-solid lump at the bottom I think it helped. Obviously would’ve been better if I had a control group but oh well. Moral of the story: yes, cold crashing is best but this is better than nothing.
