Any advice please - seem to be getting worse!
I’ve been running regularly for about 6 months (33M). I was doing about 4 runs per week but have gone up more recently to try 6. I do one zone 2 long run a week, one interval (4x1k) and the rest are 30min zone 2. I’ve found recently that my running has got worse? First pic is a run in March where I held zone 2 for 10k at around 6:20m/k, and then second recently where I could only go this above 7m/k, and stopped cause I couldn’t get down into zone 2 again. I wonder if I’m overtraining? It doesn’t really feel like it. I also do upper body strength training most days, but I don’t find that particularly intense.
Any thoughts what I should do differently? Thank you!
