Hello all, I have a Dell Inspiron 16 laptop that I’ve owned for a little less than a year. I recently charged the computer overnight and for the day, and when I checked on it, it was hot and the cord was hot. I’ve tried turning the laptop on to use, but when I hold down the power button for a couple of seconds, the backlight for the buttons, and the light for caps lock turns on, but the screen won’t turn on. I tried holding down the power button for a minute, but nothing happened. Any ideas on what to do?
