Assalam o alaikum

I'm from lahore and wordpress developer 2 years experience in WordPress currently working in a company, their main work is SEO base and my designation their is senior wordpress developer.

I'm exhausted from drag and drop literally i fought my entire khandan to do work in IT cause they still think we do scam with people and no one support except my mother and work hard to step in it but land in drag and drop this is not i want to do in my life also now their is no future in wordpress like salary wise and opportunities wise also growth wise I'm still practicing plugin and theme development practicing every day to enter programming and coding worl but no luck.

Now i want to start again in development world and i went to my friend who is doing in react and doing remotely job and this person doing everything using claude like each and everything i feel like their is no way ahead like everyone is using ai like coding era is gone?

Also i want to know if not then which technology should i go to.

TLD: want to clear about AI also want to know which technology should invest my time.

I tore my acl graft at 9 month post op and currently I'm not at the stage to fix it and also sacre about that not getting fix can damage more in my knee so can anyone whos living without acl how you live how you protect yourself what help you stable your knee also what help not damage cartilage or meniscus
