Dissertation Survey:
Hi everyone,
I am currently completing my dissertation titled “Caring to Sell: An Investigation into How Patient-Centred Care, Honesty and Transparency Influence Trust, Satisfaction and Sales in Optical Practice.”
I am looking for people to complete a short anonymous questionnaire. Anyone is welcome to take part, but the questionnaire is mainly aimed at people working in the optical industry, including optical assistants, dispensing opticians, optometrists, managers, resident staff and locums.
Before answering, please read the Participant Information Sheet and complete the consent form.
The questionnaire explores patient-centred care, honest advice, transparency, pricing, product explanations, clinical services, trust, satisfaction and ethical selling in optical practice.
It should only take around 10–15 minutes to complete, and responses will be used for academic research only.
