Geese is if highway 61 revisited became a band
And
Jeff buckely covers of dylan are just how Bob thought the songs were in his head.

In light of the East of Eden on Netflix coming I wanted to get opinions on the orignal 1950s movie. My personal take is that East of Eden the film is one of the greatest movies of all time but is not a great adaptation, but not for the lack of trying. Watching the film to me, it seems pretty clear that they respected and wanted to do justice to the book but by cutting so much of the story it just becomes a different thing that truly isn't the East of Eden, but instead feels like a movie that is drawing from Steinbeck tropes and adaptation of his magnum opus.
As an aspiring songwriter who deeply indebt to Dylan as an inspiration. I was wondering if there any bootleg you could recommend in not only peaking behind the current of his process as well as contains the best of his writing that is worth study for one own creative journey.
