I am just about to finish my first week of doxycycline 100mg 2x/day for PD. I have been trying to do zero therapy, but it is spring where I live and I am outside a lot so I need sunscreen. As I was putting on the sunscreen and rubbing it in, I noticed that my entire face is peeling/pilling like it would be if I were healing from microneedling or something. Is this normal? What is happening? I struggled with SEVERE cystic acne for a decade and had to do two intense rounds of Accutane, and have since spent so much money on scar and hyperpigmentation revision that anything weird like this sends me into a spiral :/
