Corps Warranty and Support
Ive been seeing people complain about their negative experiences with coros support and I just wanted to share my positive experience I had with them. I have had an apex 4 for around 7 months and have been loving it but i recently realized the altitude was off by almost 200 feet consistently and I had to reset the gps every day/ half day. I tried cleaning it and a few fixes online and then ended up messaging coros support. At first I messaged and the AI walked me through a few of their tests and when i confirmed those didn’t work they had the agent come on. I messaged back and forth with the agent and they had me do some repetitive tests but after telling them it wasn’t fixed they put in a warranty request. It was confirmed a day later and 2 days after it was confirmed I received my new watch. I even requested them for a black model and they accepted and sent it out. The AI support is definitely annoying but in the end the only complaint i have is that i have to send my old watch back! All in all it might take a bit but Coros will come through!
