Hello! me and my best friend are moving back to the Boston area and looking for a place with a July 1st (potentially August 1st) move in.

looking in the somerville area but open to other areas as well if the place is a good match

Ideally a 2 bed 2 bath
Budget = $3300

Needs-
- 2 parking spots (or street parking, etc.)
- within 10-15 minute walk to the green line

we would like to have – (not necessary but nice to haves)
- In unit laundry
- central AC / heat
- dishwasher
- larger layout (I work from home)
- a deck or yard
- close to a park
