Hi! I'm looking to sublease my room to a female over the summer in Plaza Verde! Plaza Verde is one of the ACC Apartments at UCI, so it is super close to campus and very convenient to get there. I live in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. I am looking for someone to lease it from about June - End of August. The rent I pay is $950 w/ utilities included but I can discount the cost!
