Jose Gourmet Spiced Small Sardines.

I inherited quite a stack of tins this year, trying to open one per month but I’ve been a bit iffy on the fish, so I usually fry them up a bit on the skillet.

But this tin was so good, I ate half of it straight out of the can! Delicious and firm, not fishy at all. And the oil was beautifully aromatic.

Absolutely 10/10 tin. Muuuch better than John West.
