Hello everyone,

I’m thinking about buying a PC. It’s been a good 15 years since I last bought one, and I’m completely out of the loop when it comes to current components. Here are my main uses:

• Office work and web browsing
• A few management/strategy games: Football Manager, The Sims, Age of Empires, and maybe giving Civilization a try.
• Ready for upcoming AI uses (Claude, Codex, etc.)
I was thinking of a budget around €800–€1,000 max, but I have no idea what kind of performance I can get in this price range. I’d love something smooth and fast that will last for years to come.
