I cannot get sound to work on my Yamaha electronic piano. We recently moved so I am worried it broke during the moving process? The piano turns on and buttons work, but no sound comes out. There is nothing plugged in to the Aux output, I have unplugged everything and plugged it back in. I have also tried a factory reset - no luck. Any recommendations on things to try?
