This series right now shows how important depth is vs anything.

When even a team like spurs don't look deep compared to OKC you can really see how important it is to have 10 nba players on the court. Okc starters aren't even overplaying or dominating but having a consistent high when the starters go out keep this team ahead.

Please none of this 3rd super star nonsense but look to expand the bench deep in the off season. Give me 10 guys that can shoot and be productive. Bench scoring killed us all year long so please just sign depth.

It really feels like the only way to win is to have great rookie contracts.

Both spurs and OKC are vastly ahead of every team because they are able to draft 3 stars and build depth something no team can do unless you draft a star. It really feels like winning teams in the future are ones that get multiple early draft picks in a row and I can't see how you can build against that.

No matter who Lakers get they will be restricted by the salary cap and it feels like the only way to win is to get extremely low contracts for the players. At least next year the OKC contracts are gone but I just don't like this drafting contracts for basketball and I fear the laker style of just trading for the best players won't work anymore. Hopefully with anti tanking rules this won't be an issue.

Can we just talk about how Adou had 8 rebounds in 13 minutes more than any starter?

This is exactly who he needs to be on this team for the future because no one ever goes for rebounds if he keeps improving his shot and keeps his energy he could be the perfect fit alongside Luka in the future.

With the total being 64,518 this makes it almost 10,000 higher than the last expansion's highest point. Which was 55,000 and to put more into proportion season 4 peaked at 40,000 on steam. The game continues to grow and it shows if devs give love to a project they can save a games longevity. They truly pulled a no man's sky for a lot of people.

The Lakers have been playing great but I really don't want people to overact and call players bad if we end up getting swept by OKC.

2 of our stars were injured and it was expected to lose in the first round so give them their props and hoping for a miracle and some wins. No matter where the Lakers end I'm extremely happy we got this far.

That being said Lakers in 5.
