As promised, I’m back with more information regarding the plan I recently outlined, which includes converting old Crowns items into Avacoins and improving the offers available in VIP subscriptions.

These ideas have been further developed, and additional suggestions have been added to ensure fairness for all parties involved: Lockwood, VIP players, and non-VIPs. You’ll find all the details in the slides I’ve prepared. If anything seems unclear, feel free to ask in the comments and I’ll gladly explain my reasoning.

I want to clarify that this project isn’t meant to achieve perfection, but rather to offer realistic improvements that could benefit the entire community. The future of Avakin Life can only improve if every part of the ecosystem contributes positively.

It would be great to see the studio take community feedback into account, including proposals like this one. Likewise, it’s important for players to respect the rules surrounding the acquisition and use of Avacoins so that any economic reform can have a real impact and help reduce inflation.

Since my suggestion doesn't seem to be getting through due to Reddit's overly aggressive filters on an important topic that is nevertheless very much present at the heart of the Avakin Life community, I will try to be brief about the idea I want to share.

The proposal is quite simple : to allow everyone to buy old Crowns items from the store at a reasonable price in Avacoins a few months after their release, or at most within a period of one to two years.

The Avacoins shop is getting old and it's time for a serious refresh. What better way to update it than by gradually converting Crowns items into Avacoins ? The reverse is also working well, even excessively so.

This solution would be a win-win for everyone. The history of this game has shown that extremes have never led to anything good : too much free content isn't profitable for its development, and too much forced spending by users only further discourages them from buying in a context that has become economically unsustainable since the introduction of Crowns in 2022.

To the developers and employees of Lockwood, perhaps the time has come to make a greater gesture towards us, the consumers. We respectfully remind you that we do not have the salaries of members of parliament or government ministers. It is essential to respect both veteran and new Avakin Life players by rebalancing things in a way that is healthier for everyone.

As for the community, I invite them to share their opinion and possible support for my approach.
