I (42f) got hired as a driver (Dec 2024). A few months into driving, our office manager quit suddenly (Mar 2025). I was thrown (not asked) into that position. I spent months on the phone with our corporate office, learning and fixing everything. I then taught a replacement to do it all. I got back in a truck and had to relearn how to do that job (Aug 2025). At the end of Feb, the office manager quit suddenly, again, and I was, once again, thrown into the office. Around this time, I found out I was the lowest paid driver, by several dollars an hour, even though I have been here longer than 3 of the drivers. For context, I am the first and only female driver here. We also got a whole new computer system so I got to learn that whole system. I started to bring up the topic of a raise and have been ignored for months. They hired a person and expected me to train her. I flat refused. Am I the ah?

Should I fight what seems to be gender discrimination?
