Molluscum or condyloma or something else? Not really sure (and my derm isnt either)

I first developed symptoms of molluscum contagiosum about six months ago. The lesions were removed several times, and I seemed to be fully clear around two months ago. The spots were curetted, which left some marks that gradually faded. Two of these were on the scrotum and remained slightly raised, not inflamed, just a bit scar-like and uneven compared to the surrounding skin.
My girlfriend also developed symptoms during that time and was cleared about a month ago. I had my last check-up around five weeks ago, and I’m only partly sure whether the scrotal scars were still present then.
Recently (3-4 weeks ago)I noticed two bumps in the same area. I’m not sure whether they were already there and just residual scars, or whether they are new lesions. Since I’m currently abroad, I visited another dermatologist who removed them with cryotherapy. She said she wasn’t certain whether they were molluscum or condyloma but leaned toward condyloma.
Now I’m quite confused (there was also a language barrier), and I’m starting to worry. These aren’t the best photos—some were taken shortly after cryotherapy, so there is some swelling. I would really appreciate any help or opinions. Thank you
