I started running a 3k every evening but after 2 weeks I now have horrible knee pain and I end up limping back home after 5 minutes. I am currently using some old tennis shoes (they are very flat). I have started doing those stretches where the ball of your foot is on a stair and you stretch plus some glute exercises, but nothing seems to be helping. I am unfortunately too poor to see a physio or chiropractor to get a professionals opinion. Any stretches or exercises or tips will be greatly appreciated.
