Is my piercing rejecting

Navel piercing 3 days old a curved eyebrow bar the jewelry needs to be sized up I use neilmed wound spray 2 times a day I work at warehouse so maybe the irritation is from clothing but I think I let my friend pierce it to high let me know?

Is this to shallow and to up ? I know the bar is small but is this rejecting or infected ? had it in for 3 days

I’m so confused helppppp I did it at home and it has been fine other then working and rubbing against clothes
