Switching CFs?
I am currently in my second segment. I am working part time at a hospital where I do outpatient, acute, and inpatient. This job gives me the worst anxiety and it is starting to absolutely drain me. I definitely don’t plan to stick around here after my CF is over. I have been thinking about switching CFs when my 2nd segment is over. I was thinking that if I were to get a full time CF for my last segment, at least I would my CF finish sooner? There is a SNF near me that is hiring full time.
I just have a few issues. One is that I a nervous to tell my supervisor. Also, finding a place to hire me at the time I would be able to finish my 2nd segment. What if the SNF isn’t hiring anymore by that time? I don’t know if I should ride it out and struggle through or just try to find a way to switch.
